Generate a printable announcer sheet for any race — course records, youngest & oldest registrant, upcoming birthdays, teams of 3+, and notes left by participants. The sheet is also emailed automatically the morning before each race to the configured recipients.
Tracks cumulative registrations at fixed checkpoints before race day across all upcoming races — so you can compare how each year is tracking against the same point in prior years.
Choose which add-ons to track. Show in Report includes them in the inventory view and weekly email. Low Stock Alert sends an email when any option's sales reach stock on hand. Sync from RunSignup first — new add-ons are detected automatically.

Runs all cron phases on demand: result sync, registration counts, add-on sync, volunteer credits, announcer emails (if a race is tomorrow), and digest email. This is identical to the scheduled nightly run.
Sent each morning — sync health status plus any new volunteer activity or redemption requests. Quiet days send a single-line summary; only expands into detail when something actually happened.
Downloads a JSON snapshot of all data that cannot be rebuilt from RunSignup — volunteer credits, redemptions, race config, and admin users. Race results are not included (use Reseed All Races to restore those).
Recommended: download monthly and store in a safe place (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc).
